Self-collect Option

Self-collect Timing (According to Opening Hours):
- Weekdays: 0800H to 2000H
- Weekends and Public Holidays: 0800H to 1600H
Delivery Option
Delivery island-wide is free.
We provide free delivery as our Standard delivery.
Same day delivery incur a $10 delivery fee.
Our Same day delivery slots:
- 12pm - 4pm
- 4pm - 10pm
Last timing for same day order is 1pm.
We do not deliver to:
- Military camps
- Airports
- Tuas and Gul circle
- Jurong island
Things to note:
Delivery to hospital:
Some hospitals may not accept deliveries on location. Please contact the respective hospital to confirm that deliveries are allowed before placing your order. Amazing Floral will do its utmost to meet its customer's delivery requests, but reserves the right to cancel an order and refund up to 95% of the amount to the customer in the event of invalid delivery location upon review. The sender will be contacted about the invalid delivery location and will be refunded.
Delivery time slot:
Delivery time slots are as follows:
- 0900H - 1200H
- 1200H - 1800H
- 1800H - 2200H
- 2200H - 0000H (additional delivery charge of $35)
Additional Delivery Charges:
Additional Delivery Charges to Standard Delivery Rate are as follows:
- Delivery to Sentosa - additional $25 (you will be contacted via whatsapp to pay the additional $25 delivery to Sentosa fee. Payment method will be Paynow/Paylah only)
Specified Timing Delivery Charge – additional $15 on top of the Additional Delivery Charges if applicable
The timings are as follows for specific delivery timing:
- 1000H-1200H ($15)
- 1200H-1400H ($15)
- 1400H-1600H ($15)
- 1600H-1800H ($15)
- 1800H-2000H ($15)
- 2000H-2200H ($15)
- 2200H-0000H ($35*)
Re-delivery Charge - We will not be liable for any failed delivery not due to our own doing. An additional surcharge of $15 will be applicable every re-delivery, or for the change of location or time of delivery.
Delivery Information Required:
Delivery information – The following information is required when ordering:
- Sender full name
- Sender Contact number
- Sender Email
- Shipping address
- Unit number
- Postal code
- Billing address
- Additional Delivery information (ward number, name of event hall, hotel concierge, Hotel room number, funeral parlour, Option to leave at doorstep (Yes/No). (A photo will be taken and sent to the sender and/or recipient if there is nobody present to receive the delivery) etc) to be written in the Additional information box during checkout
- To write a personal message, press the "is gift" box, and type the Message of the card. Please indicate Recipient full name and contact number in the message box to facilitate smooth delivery.
- Recipient full name (For hospital delivery, please give recipient's legal name for verification by the hospital)
- Recipient Contact number
Please ensure that all delivery information above is accurate for a smoother delivery process.
Changes in delivery:
Prior notification of at least 1 day in advance is required if customers wish to change delivery to self-collection and vice versa.
